Before you order

• We sell and ship within Australia only
• You need to be 18 or over to order
• Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing here removes them
• Product descriptions and images are a guide; choosing the right part for your job is your responsibility
• Parts are supplied to the stated standard — the manufacturer can vary between batches
• Special order items have different return conditions

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock being unavailable, a pricing or listing error, a payment problem, suspected fraud, or a delivery limitation. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.

If something is out of stock, we'll contact you with the options: wait for stock, take an equivalent alternative, have the rest of the order sent now, or be refunded for the unavailable items.

Prices and payment

Australian dollars, postage included in the price, payment taken at checkout. Prices can change at any time before an order is placed; you pay the price shown when you order.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared. We may ask for identification, or cancel an order, where fraud is suspected.

Ownership and risk

Ownership passes to you when payment is received in full. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us — see authority to leave in our shipping policy — subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product information and images

We describe parts by standard, material, grade, finish and dimensions, and we take care to get that right. Where a standard such as DIN or ISO is stated, the part is supplied to that standard.

Photos show a representative part from the family. The exact size, pack or batch you receive may differ in appearance, and screens render colour and finish differently.

Supply and substitution

Parts are supplied to the stated standard, material and grade. The manufacturer can change between batches, and where our usual stock is unavailable we may supply an equivalent part of the same standard, material, grade and dimensions. The specification is what we guarantee, not the mill.

Need a particular manufacturer, or a certificate of conformity or mill certificate? Tell us before ordering and we'll confirm what we can supply. If a substitute doesn't suit you, contact us and we'll take it back at our cost and refund it in full.

Pack quantities

Filled by weight, with a tolerance of plus or minus 2%, in line with normal practice across the trade.

Choosing the right part is the buyer's responsibility

We can't know the loads, torque, environment, corrosion exposure or standards your application has to meet. Nothing on this site is engineering advice. Any guidance we give is general, given in good faith, and should be checked against a qualified professional and the relevant standard before you rely on it. Don't start installation work until the goods have arrived and you've checked them.

Buying for a business? The same applies, and it's on you to confirm the part suits the application before it goes in.

Stock

Stock levels shown are our best information and can be out by a small amount. If we can't fill your order we'll contact you and refund the difference.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows:

• we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including installation or removal costs, downtime, damage to other property, or lost profit
• our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them

Things outside our control

We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — carrier disruption, weather, natural disaster, industrial action or supply failure — and we get a reasonable extension of time where one happens.

Payment security

Payments run through an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway. We don't store full card details.

The text, images, specifications and layout on this site are ours. Don't copy or republish them.

General

These terms may change; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. You can't transfer your rights under them without our written consent. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once doesn't waive it.

Governing law

The laws of Victoria, Australia, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
